Subscription Policy
1. Overview
Subscriptions allow you to receive your favorite Loomi products on a recurring basis without the need to reorder each time. Your subscription will automatically renew based on the delivery frequency you selected (e.g., monthly, every two months).
2. Billing & Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize Loomi to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the time of each recurring shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email each time your subscription is processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, we require a minimum notice of 30 days prior to your next scheduled renewal date. This allows us to process the change in time and ensure no additional shipments are made.
Cancellations requested less than 30 days before the next renewal may still result in one final charge and shipment.

4. Modifications
You may modify your subscription (e.g., change product, frequency, or address) through your customer portal or by contacting our team. Please note that changes also require a minimum of 30 days’ notice to take effect for your next shipment.
5. Failed Payments
If your payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the charge again. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for shipped subscription orders. Please make sure to manage or cancel your subscription within the required time frame to avoid unwanted charges.
