I asked to return this on March 8th. They reached out via email and asked me why (too large for my dash) and still have not responded to my return request. I posted my first review on March 12th. Since that review I’ve had several emails back and forth with days to week before hearing responses from them.

Today is March 27th. Still no refund. If I could do negative 10 stars I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I bought a CarTablet Pro after having a number of hire cars that have built in Apple CarPlay and it has been a dream. It arrived quickly and was easy to install into the car, I connected my phone quickly and easily through Bluetooth but had trouble connecting to my radio. Auxiliary isn’t an option due to my car design and radio worked ok but you can get interference in built up areas due to radio traffic.

This is a great device, adding smartphone projection to almost any vehicle. I'm using mine in a 2013 Forester everyday.

The only problem I have with the device is that it tends to overheat, which might just be a ventilation issue. Night Mode seems to prevent the issue, mostly.

Easy to install and good value for the money. Purchasing something online from a foreign firm was somewhat of a bet.
However, the CarTablet company just brought the things to my house and stayed in touch throughout the procedure.

The product is amazing for the price. Added to my 2017 ford f150 that just preceded touch screen technology and only has the 4” display and no on screen navigation. All the connectivity works great and my only complaint is that the tiny manual is fairly useless and the customer service while responsive was only email exchanges and not completely helpful. I’m glad I figured out my issue on my own( kinda) I do highly recommend

The supplied reversing camera came with the wrong connection (RCA instead of 2.5mm jack). Took a few emails where I had to basically prove it was incorrect and tell them what I needed. Still not entirely sure if they're sending an adapter out or not - they could have ordered one on Amazon direct to me in the UK and I would have had it yesterday. Instead I'm waiting and can't install the camera. Looking through other reviews I can almost guarantee a response to this review of 'please contact our support email...'!

My order 927471, was received over a week ago. I ordered the older style screen with backup camera. The camera that was shipped did not have a compatible cable for the port on the tablet. After sending several emails, a video showing that the camera and table are not compatible, and then confirming once again they are not compatible; I still have no resolution. Oh, and email is your only way to contact this company. Their phone number is disconnected.

Good idea in theory. However the screen is not 4K video at all. It’s very misleading to write such claims that are false. The item you could have got cheaper of temp or another site. Also the clip to get u it on and off is not easy. Could have been better. Tablet also will not play Netflix, Amazon prime, ITVX or Disney! HDCP errors! Edit - Although cartablet have replied on here, I have also emailed and had no reply whatsoever! Do not trust
